Simple rashes will improve with gentle skin care and avoiding irritating substances. Follow these guidelines:
Do not scrub your skin.
Use as little soap and cleansers.
Do not apply directly cosmetic lotions or ointments.
Use mild warm water for cleaning. please do not rub.
Avoid any newly added cosmetics or lotions.
Leave the affected area exposed to the air as much as possible.
Try calamine medicated lotion .
Anti-HIV medications can cause mild skin rashes as well as serious, even life-threatening rashes. The vast majority of skin rashes are mild to moderate. They usually appear within a few weeks of starting a new medication and often go away with continued use of the drug. However, because some rashes can be serious, you should contact your doctor if you notice a rash.
